Alice Münch finds her inspiration in everyday life. She explores and questions seemingly familiar contexts and phenomena as well as their respective meaning and relation to each other. With her performances, objects, photographs, drawings and text works, Alice Münch seeks to make aware of the subtle poetry of the mundane and thoroughly investigates the peculiarity of different materials. Notions of the artist and the self, the real and the unreal are often at the center of her work.
